Digital Photo Overload

Hi Nemos!

I love reading your blogs, and loved the video clips of Uncle Eddie and Aunt Joyce that Ellen took.

Someday I will post some stories and pictures from our summer in Alaska, someday.......I am still trying to sort out the thousands (yikes!) of pictures I took.  Sometimes film sounds like a good idea...fewer pictures than digital and you get them to hold right away.  The editing process is going on in between catching up on the house and spending time with our family.

We are well, enjoying the beautiful fall weather that southern California has (like 80 degrees here in the mountains), Mike is working for three weeks as a substitute principal, and I am helping with a Relief Society Super Saturday.

Love to all for now,

Sue

Visit to Eddie & Joyce

I do weddings too, equally as poorly.

Totally Adorable Kid Moment!

This morning starts the days where Jordon is the only kid home in the mornings. He decided he wanted to make Jello. I thought, why not? We are nothing if not totally and completely random in this family. He had the packet in his hand and was waving it in my face. I told him it has to stay in the fridge for a while so he needed to be patient. So he looked at me for a minute and then put the packet of jello IN THE FRIDGE, and closed the door. I had tears i was trying not to laugh out loud as he would have been devestated. I love SOME of the things they do sometimes. :)

Uh, hi. My name is Lynn

Hello family! I feel so special that my own mother had to invite me to join the family blogfest. I must admit i have never blogged in my life but i vow, in my copious amounts of free time, to become at least a faithful reader of the blog. Okay, i'll wrap up my year so far:
In January i moved into an apartment and bought a white dodge durango 4x4 that seats 8. The kids have lovingly named it Bruce in honor of the great white shark in Finding Nemo. (Sorry Uncle Bruce.) February, went 4 wheeling through all of the yucky snow we got and turned the heat upto 80 to stave off the single digit temps. March was march. April, same. May, ditto. June saw kids home during the summer. Every summer i feel like i have to learn how to be a mom again as i actually get to see my kids for more than 4 hours a day. July my divorce was finalized and Jeremy married someone 4 days later. Lets just leave that hornets nest alone for now shall we? Moving on, i turned 30 in August and i must say that 30 has never looked better. :) Its September now and the kids are back in school. Zach is in 2nd grade, Jamie started Kindergarten and Jordon started preschool. Yikes and yeah! Wednesdays are my most dreaded day of the week as Jamie is out at 1030, jordon at 1130 and Zach at 130. I am going to paint my car a vivid shade of yellow and put a sign on top. That pretty much sums up my year to this point. Its good to see the pictures on here and read what people are up to.
